What this energy actually is, the three places it stalls in the body, and where yours is leaking: into a person, a past version of yourself, or a fear. You build your own leak map in the room.
Build and move the charge
The cultivation practice, the circuit that moves charge through your body on a closed loop, and the transmutation ladder that turns it into creative force. We run the circuit three times, supervised.
Point it somewhere
You name one target: money, a project, visibility, a relationship. We run the circuit toward it together, as a room, and close with each person saying their target out loud.
Repetition is what puts it in the body. Three supervised repetitions is the thing a recording cannot give you.
